Qualifications

• College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
• Experience in the financial industry preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to develop comfort level with sales activities to acquire new customers or cross-sell.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales to build a customer profile and identify financial needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products/services and recommend solutions.
• Proactively reach out to customers and set appointments for reviews.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities.
• Establish relationships with Business Partners and refer customers for holistic solutions.
• Meet or exceed customer experience and production goals and contribute to revenue growth.
• Guide CSRs in sales and referral processes.
• Promote customer satisfaction with friendly, professional service.
