Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum five years in a banking environment.
• Two+ years coaching/supervising staff preferred.
• Ability to obtain Notary Public license if required.

Responsibilities

• Leads banking center operations to achieve bank goals and delivers excellent service.
• Develops sales strategies and coaching to drive growth in the market.
• Builds new and expands existing customer relationships, including referrals.
• Represents the bank in community activities and networking to promote business.
• Oversees billing, deposits, loans, and teller functions with accuracy.
• Ensures compliance with policies and communicates changes to staff.
