Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Responsible for initial and ongoing training, development, and coaching of the Retail team.
• Establish team goals, develop proactive strategies, and measure progress.
• Create a high-performance environment by coaching each team member.
• Engage in customer conversations to make customized recommendations.
• Proactively reach out to customers to deepen relationships.
• Accurately open all types of deposit accounts and services.
• Understand consumer credit to make personalized recommendations.
• Be active and visible in the community.
