Job summary

Woodforest National Bank in Ohio (Mason) is seeking a Retail Branch Manager I to lead branch sales and customer relationships. You will recruit and coach staff, drive revenue, and work with partners to deliver the Woodforest Experience.

Requirements include 5 years of sales/customer service experience, a Bachelor’s degree (or 3 years with high school diploma), and 1 year of team leadership. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant sales and/or customer service experience.
• Bachelor’s degree plus 3 years of relevant experience.
• 1 year of experience leading and directing a sales team.
• Residence within the local community preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed.
