The role emphasizes leadership, mentorship, and delivering the Woodforest Experience to customers daily.

The position requires prior sales or customer service experience, demonstrated leadership, and flexibility for extended hours.

Qualifications

3 years of relevant and transferrable sales and/or customer service experience.
Demonstrable leadership ability; prior supervisory experience helpful.
Must be positive and engaging.

Responsibilities

Assist Manager in achieving branch sales and revenue goals by proactively identifying, marketing, and recommending banking products and services.
Grow deposits and loans through inside and outside business calling.
Enhance customer experience and the reputation of the Bank by greeting, engaging, and developing relationships with customers and retail partners.
Lead a community engagement strategy with the Community Development Relationship Manager.
Inspire and coach team members to reach their full potential.
