The role offers hands-on exposure to teller services, platform training, and shadowing senior leaders across multiple banking segments during the internship period. Interns gain real-world experience in finance, banking operations, and customer service while participating in company-wide trainings and networking events.

Qualifications

• Needs to be officially enrolled in an undergraduate bachelor program with a major in areas such as Finance, Accounting, Marketing or Information Technology
• High School or GED
• 0 years of experience (internship)

Responsabilités

• Participate in Teller training and spend some time learning to service customers on the Teller Line
• Participate in Platform training and shadow Platform employees during lead calling, profiling, and account opening process
• Shadow Branch Managers or Business Development Officers on outside business calls
• Attend and observe Workplace Banking presentations
• Interact with other FNB business partners including Private Banking, Treasury Management, Wealth/Brokerage, and Business Banking
• Interact with Retail leadership and participate in FNB events/trainings for Summer Interns
