• Shadow Platform employees during lead calling, profiling, and account opening
• Shadow Branch Managers or Business Development Officers on outside calls
• Attend Workplace Banking presentations and events
• Interact with FNB partners including Private Banking, Treasury Management, Wealth/Brokerage, and Business Banking
• Engage with Retail leadership and participate in intern trainings
