Responsibilities

• Participate in Teller training and service customers on the Teller Line.
• Participate in Platform training and shadow Platform employees during lead calling, profiling, and account opening.
• Shadow Branch Managers or Business Development Officers on outside business calls.
• Attend Workplace Banking presentations and events for Summer Interns.
• Interact with other bank partners including Private Banking, Treasury Management, Wealth/Brokerage, and Business Banking.
• Interact with Retail leadership teams and participate in department events and trainings.
