Qualifications

• Interest in banking and finance with a willingness to learn multiple business areas.
• Ability to participate in training sessions and developmental activities.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Teller training and service customers on the Teller Line.
• Shadow platform employees during lead calling, profiling, and account opening processes.
• Shadow Branch Managers or Business Development Officers on outside calls.
• Attend and observe Workplace Banking presentations and events.
• Interact with other FNB business partners across departments.
• Engage with Retail leadership andintern rotations and assignments.
