Responsibilities

• Participate in Teller training and learn to service customers on the Teller Line.
• Shadow Platform employees during lead calling, profiling, and account opening processes.
• Engage with Retail leadership and cross‑department teams to gain broad banking exposure.
• Attend FNB events/trainings scheduled for all Summer Interns.
• Develop hands-on understanding of regulatory and compliance practices in banking.
