Job summary

Woodforest National Bank is seeking a Retail Assistant Branch Manager in Lake Worth, TX. This full-time role supports the Retail Branch Manager to drive consumer and business relationships, community engagement, and delivers the Woodforest Experience to every customer.

You will lead teams, identify growth opportunities, supervise operations, and ensure security and policy adherence while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant sales or customer service experience.
• Supervisory experience is helpful.
• Bachelor's, Associate's, or high school diploma with required experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Manager in achieving branch sales and revenue goals by proactively identifying, marketing, and recommending banking products and services.
• Develop and lead innovative strategies to grow, retain and deepen consumer and business relationships.
• Proactively grow business deposits and loans through inside and outside business calling.
• Enhance customer experience and the reputation of the Bank by greeting, engaging, and developing relationships with customers and partners.
• Lead, partner and execute a community engagement strategy with a Community Development Relationship Manager.
• Inspire and coach team members to reach their full potential and model Woodforest culture.
• Exhibit operational excellence and maintain confidentiality and compliance.
