Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct business development activities including visits and teleservicing with business banking partners.

• Ensure compliant branch operations and adherence to policies and laws.
• Collaborate with internal partners to drive branch success.
• Lead staff development through coaching and joint sales calls, modeling expected behavior.
