Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant and transferrable sales and/or customer service experience.
• Associate’s degree plus 1 year of relevant experience or a Bachelor's degree.
• Previous instore banking experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual sales by identifying and recommending bank products.
• Process transactions, open accounts, and perform maintenance.
• Handle branch servicing duties such as vault balancing and ATM maintenance.
• Provide solutions to customer inquiries consistent with Woodforest training.
