Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Acts as a subject matter expert in TD Store for personal and business banking products and policies.
• Establishes and nurtures customer relationships by listening to needs and offering solutions.
• Uses Customer Relationship Management tools to identify solutions and lead-focused outbound activities.
• May perform teller transactions including deposits, transfers, and withdrawals while enforcing policies.
