Job summary

Capital City Bank is seeking a Retail Banker to deliver prompt, friendly service and help clients with banking needs, including introducing them to new technology. The role supports Personal Banker and Teller needs and adheres to bank policies.

As RB, you will open and service accounts, process transactions, cross-sell products, and educate customers on security and fraud. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, with a focus on accurate data entry and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in client service and cash handling is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to cross-sell banking products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Open, close, service and support accounts and services.
• Cross-sell bank products and services to meet client needs.
• Educate clients regarding security and fraud.
• Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, checks, wires, and loan payments.
