Capital City Bank in Cairo, GA is seeking a Retail Banker to deliver prompt, friendly service and help clients meet their banking goals. You will introduce clients to technology, explain Bank products and follow established policies and procedures.

Responsibilities include opening and servicing accounts, processing transactions, and cross‑selling services while protecting confidential information and complying with regulatory guidelines. This is a full-time role with some Saturdays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college is a plus.
• Experience in client service, sales, and cash handling is required.
• Ability to stand for long periods and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Opens, closes, services and supports accounts, products and services.
• Cross-sells Bank products and services to meet client needs.
• Maintains client information and referrals in the bank system.
• Learns and follows regulatory policies and security procedures.
