Job summary

Capital City Bank seeks a friendly Retail Banker in Duluth, GA to deliver prompt, accurate service and grow client relationships. The RB will open/close accounts, assist with transactions, cross-sell products, and educate clients about security and digital banking tools.

You'll work Monday through Friday with some Saturdays, interacting with Personal Banking and Teller teams to ensure a seamless client experience. Prior customer service experience is preferred; high school diploma required.

Qualifications

• Experience in client service, sales and cash handling required.
• Ability to educate clients about banking products and digital tools.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Opens, closes, services and supports all accounts and services.
• Processes deposits, withdrawals, checks, wires and other transactions.
• Cross-sells banking products and participates in campaigns.
• Maintains cash drawer and ensures accuracy of cash handling.
• Adheres to bank policies, security procedures and regulatory requirements.
