Job summary

Marshalls in Wilmington, NC is hiring to deliver a top-notch customer experience across the store. You will engage with customers, process purchases, maintain a clean, organized sales floor, and support operations across departments.

The role supports and promotes our credit and loyalty programs, adheres to labor and safety policies, and contributes to loss prevention efforts. Prior retail experience is a plus; starting pay ranges from $12.75 to $13.25 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer according to operating procedures.

• Maintains merchandising standards and prepares merchandise for the sales floor.
• Initiates and participates in store recovery and cleanliness throughout the day.
• Supports store shrink reduction goals and maintains a safe environment.
