Job summary

TJ Maxx Jasper IN is seeking a Store Associate to execute receiving and merchandising standards while delivering excellent customer service. You will help maintain a clean, organized store and support a fast-paced team environment in a high-volume retail setting.

Responsibilities include training staff, coordinating merchandise flow, and adhering to safety, inventory, and loss-prevention practices while ensuring an engaging shopping experience for customers.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Able to train others.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards.
• Ensure a positive customer experience and maintain a clean store.
• Orchestrate truck delivery and prioritize merchandise processing onto the sales floor.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising principles.
• Maintain proper tagging, hanging, and coding of merchandise.
• Communicate with management to ensure efficient flow of goods to sales floor.
