Job summary

TJ Maxx in Jasper, IN is seeking a team member to help execute receiving and merchandising standards while delivering an excellent customer experience. You will support Associates, organize backroom tasks, and ensure items are properly tagged and ready for the sales floor.

As a team player with strong communication and the ability to multi-task, you will adapt to schedule changes, train others, and help maintain a clean, organized store. Starting wage is $14.25–$14.75 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient processing.
• Engages with customers to provide an excellent shopping experience.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded.
• Maintains backroom organization and supports store operations.
