Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. in Nashville, TN is seeking a Store Associate for TJ Maxx to execute receiving and merchandising standards, ensuring Associates process efficiently and customers receive an excellent experience.

You will help maintain a clean, organized store and support a fast flow of goods to the sales floor. You will train and mentor Associates, ensure proper tagging and stock organization, and coordinate with the Coordinator on Duty to optimize operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year retail experience.
• At least 6 months of leadership experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Able to lift heavy objects.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Orchestrates truck delivery and merchandising flow.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Maintains tagging, hanging, and stock organization.
• Ensures adherence to store policies and safety standards.
• Supports store shrink reduction goals and programs.
