Job summary

TJ Maxx in Jasper, IN is hiring for a store roles focused on receiving, merchandising, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will help coordinate truck deliveries, stock processing, and floor replenishment while training Associates on standard practices and safety.

Qualifications

1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.
Capable of lifting heavy objects.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
Ensure an excellent customer experience by engaging with customers and keeping the store clean and organized.
Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded.
Communicate with the Coordinator on Duty to maintain smooth flow of goods to the sales floor.
Monitor productivity and coach the team to meet store goals.
Organize and rotate back stock for easy replenishment.
Maintain merchandising philosophy and signage standards.
Adhere to safety, recycling and waste programs, and labor policies.
