Job summary

Marshalls at The TJX Companies, Inc. in Springfield, OH is hiring a Store Associate to deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, upholding loss prevention and store standards, and supporting multiple areas of the store as needed.

You will promote credit and loyalty programs, ring purchases, maintain merchandising standards, and help ensure a clean, safe, and organized store environment. The position offers a starting pay range and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains and upholds merchandising philosophy and follows procedures.
• Processes and prepares merchandise for the sales floor.
• Participates in store recovery and cleanliness of the store.
• Supports and participates in shrink reduction goals and safety initiatives.
• Adheres to labor laws and store policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
