Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with customers.
• Rings purchases/returns and counts change back to customer per procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Prepares merchandise for the sales floor following procedures.
• Maintains store cleanliness and recovery throughout the day.
• Supports loss prevention and safety initiatives.
