Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. seeks an energetic retail associate in Greenville, NC. The role focuses on executing receiving and merchandising standards, mentoring associates, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

You will help keep backroom and sales floors organized while supporting safe, efficient operations. Flexible scheduling including nights and weekends is required. You will work with a team to process merchandise, stock shelves, and participate in store initiatives.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Team player, working effectively with peers and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards and ensure Associates process efficiently as a team.
• Engage with customers to ensure an excellent experience and keep the store clean and organized.
• Mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles and ensure proper tagging and stocking.
• Communicate with management to optimize flow of goods to the sales floor and support shrink reduction goals.
