The Salvation Army Thrift Store in Auburn, Indiana seeks a friendly Retail Sales Associate to provide excellent customer service, keep displays neat, and assist shoppers and donors in a welcoming environment.

The role is part-time (18 hours/week) with a pay of $13.50 per hour, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Paid training, on-the-job coaching, and employee discounts are provided.

About the Role

At The Salvation Army Thrift Store, your work helps turn donations into funding for programs that support people in our community. We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and dependable Retail Sales Associate to provide great customer service, keep the store organized, and jump in where needed, while creating a welcoming shopping experience for customers and donors.

What You’ll Do

• Greet customers and provide friendly, helpful service
• Operate the register and process sales transactions accurately
• Help open, close, and balance the register as assigned

• Help sort, prepare, and move merchandise to the sales floor

What You Need

• Ability to provide friendly customer service
