Job summary

The Salvation Army Thrift Store in Auburn, Indiana is seeking a friendly Retail Sales Associate. This part-time role, 18 hours per week, includes evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.

You will greet customers, operate the register, restock, and keep displays neat while supporting our community programs through donations. Paid training on register and store procedures, ongoing coaching, and opportunities to build retail and customer service skills are provided.

About the Role

At The Salvation Army Thrift Store, your work helps turn donations into funding for programs that support people in our community. We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and dependable Retail Sales Associate to provide great customer service, keep the store organized, and jump in where needed, while creating a welcoming shopping experience for customers and donors.
