Job summary

The Salvation Army Thrift Store in Auburn, IN is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate to greet customers, process sales, restock and maintain a neat sales floor. The role covers 18 hours per week with evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.

Paid training is provided, with ongoing coaching from store leadership and opportunities to build retail and customer service skills.

Qualifications

About the Role

At The Salvation Army Thrift Store, your work helps turn donations into funding for programs that support people in our community. We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and dependable Retail Sales Associate to provide great customer service, keep the store organized, and jump in where needed, while creating a welcoming shopping experience for customers and donors.
