Job Description:

Opportunity: Grow Your Career

Responsible for delivering a highly satisfying customer experience by engaging with all customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Adheres to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas to support business needs.

• Model established customer experience practices for internal and external customers
• Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect
• Accurately process customer purchases and returns, and handle cash transactions according to procedures
• Promote credit and loyalty programs
• Maintain merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for sale following company procedures
• Participate in store recovery and ensure cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and store
• Provide and accept feedback and recognition
• Follow labor laws, policies, and safety procedures
• Support store shrink reduction efforts
• Maintain a safe environment and participate in safety awareness initiatives
• Perform other duties as assigned
