Qualifications

• Willingness to relocate within the assigned market.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for store operations in RSM absence.
• Recruit, coach and develop team to achieve monthly goals.
• Lead store meetings and coordinate launches with RSM.
• Execute local store marketing initiatives to drive new business.
• Maintain merchandising standards and audits; ensure policy compliance.
• Manage inventory, cash handling and other key operational metrics.
