Job summary

Fanatics is seeking a Retail Associate to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales at our Jacksonville, FL locations. You’ll engage fans, suggest products, and maintain a welcoming shopping environment while supporting brand standards and sales processes.

You will work in a fast-paced retail setting, requiring reliability, teamwork, and the ability to handle shifts including evenings, weekends, and game days. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous retail, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, home games, and special events.

Responsibilities

• Greet fans and ask questions to help make their shopping experience an enjoyable one.
• Make recommendations based on observations and conversations with fans.
• Help execute a brand connection by ensuring fans enjoy a top-notch shopping experience.
• Maintain sales floor and/or stockroom standards with an eye to detail.
• Process sales transactions via the Fanatics Point of Sale System (POS).
• Maintain the highest standards of professionalism and customer service to ensure the Fanatics Brand and Team/League are always positively represented.
