Job summary

ALDI in Bloomington, IN is seeking a Store Associate for a full-time role averaging 30+ hours per week. Starting wage is $19.00 per hour, with scheduled increases to $19.50, $20.00, and $21.00 over five years. Duties include merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and store cleaning to uphold customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Prompt and courteous customer service.
• Ability to operate cash registers, floor scrubber, and other store equipment.
• Ability to interpret and apply store policies and procedures.
• Strong communication skills, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock product and displays.
• Provide cashiering and checkout service using the POS system.
• Assist with curbside pickup orders and ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Maintain clean, organized shelves and adhere to planograms.
• Support management to achieve efficiency and loss-prevention goals.
