Job summary

ALDI Bloomington is seeking a Full-Time Store Associate to merchandise, stock products, cashier, and maintain a clean store to provide an exceptional shopping experience. You'll work with the ALDI team, operate the POS system, follow cash policies, and assist with curbside pickup to ensure timely service.

The role requires 30+ hours per week with starting wage of $19.00 per hour and scheduled increases over the next years. Comprehensive benefits are offered where applicable.

Qualifications

• Age 18 or older required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail or store experience preferred.
• Ability to operate cash registers and POS equipment.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products on shelves.
• Cashier and process customer purchases using the POS system.
• Keep the store clean and organized, following policies.
• Assist with curbside pickup orders and timely delivery to customers.
• Support management to improve efficiency and reduce loss.
