TJ Maxx is seeking a customer-focused team member to deliver a highly satisfying shopping experience. You will engage with customers, operate registers and support store merchandising while keeping the sales floor clean and organized.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication, multi-tasking abilities, and a commitment to teamwork. Prior retail experience is preferred; flexible scheduling is required to support store needs.

Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with customers and teammates.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains and follows merchandising procedures and standards.
• Processes merchandise for the sales floor per company procedures.
• Participates in store recovery and keeps the store clean and organized.
• Supports labor laws, policies, and safety standards.
• Assists in store-wide shrink reduction efforts.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
