Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment.
• Model customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Ring customer purchases/returns and count change according to procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor following procedures.
• Participate in store recovery and maintain safety, cleanliness, and loss-prevention standards.
• Support and participate in shrink reduction goals and safety initiatives.
