Responsibilities

• Model and deliver highly satisfied customer experiences by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment
• Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards
• Cross-train to work in multiple store areas to support business needs
• Accurately ring customer purchases and returns and count change
• Promote credit and loyalty programs
• Prepare merchandise for sales floor following procedures
• Participate in store recovery and safety initiatives
• Support shrink reduction goals and programs
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, policies, and procedures
• Address other duties as assigned
