Job summary

Fanatics Commerce is seeking a Retail Associate to deliver outstanding customer experiences during home games and daily shifts. You will embody the Bold leadership mindset while helping fans find products and complete purchases.

Greet fans, make product recommendations, process transactions with Fanatics POS, and maintain store standards to represent the Fanatics brand positively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous retail, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, home games, and special events.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality. Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout scheduled shifts, and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent the Fanatics brand positively.

Responsibilities

• Greet fans and ask questions to help make their shopping experience an enjoyable one.
• Make recommendations based on observations and conversations with fans.
• Help execute a brand connection by ensuring fans enjoy a top-notch shopping experience.
• Maintain sales floor and/or stockroom standards with an eye to detail.
• Process sales transactions via the Fanatics Point of Sale System (POS).
• Maintain the highest standards of professionalism and customer service to ensure the Fanatics Brand and Team/League are always positively represented.
• Perform additional responsibilities as directed by the management team.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, products, or fan experiences.
• Apply creative thinking and new approaches to solve complex challenges.
• Act with urgency and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive shared goals and team outcomes.
• Build strong partnerships across the organization to deliver results.
