Qualifications

• Experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality is preferred.
• Comfort with working evenings, weekends, holidays, and game nights.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality required.

Responsibilities

• Greet fans and assist them to create a positive shopping experience.
• Provide recommendations based on observations and conversations with fans.
• Process sales transactions using the Fanatics POS system and maintain brand standards.
• Keep sales floor and stockroom organized and showcase products.
• Collaborate with team and management to support events and home games.
