You will influence the store’s success through strong product knowledge, service excellence, and teamwork, helping customers find the right footwear and accessories while upholding brand standards.

This role requires flexible hours, weekend availability, and the ability to stand for long periods while delivering fast, friendly, and accurate service.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role with tracking sales targets.
• Customer-centric with a passion for service.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic math and familiarity with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and ensuring high standards of customer service.
• Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandise management, promotional strategies, and achieving sales targets.
• Participate in daily operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, order fulfillment and store maintenance.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store sales and operational goals.
• Additional duties and projects as required.
