The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking a Store Associate to join our customer-focused team in New York.

You will assist with daily store operations, help customers find products, and deliver an exceptional shopping experience that reflects our brand and service standards. Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing transactions, stocking merchandise, and supporting visual merchandising while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized sales floor.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role preferred.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and memorable shopping experiences.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays.
• Basic math and ability to read sales reports.

Responsibilities

• Customer Experience: Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs and resolving issues.
• Sales & Performance: Drive store sales and profitability through merchandise management and promotions.
• Operational Excellence: Assist with inventory, visual merchandising, shipments, and store upkeep.
