You will influence sales through customer service, merchandising, and teamwork across shifts. You should be flexible to work mornings, days, and evenings, including weekends and holidays, with opportunities for growth and development within the company.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong customer-centric mindset and ability to deliver memorable shopping experiences.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Basic math and familiarity with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and ensuring high standards of service.
• Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandise management, promotions, and achieving sales targets.
• Participate in inventory management, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, order fulfillment and store maintenance.
• Collaborate with team to achieve store sales and operational goals.
• Adhere to store policies and health and safety regulations.
