The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking an Associate to support daily store operations and deliver an exceptional shopping experience for every customer.

You will help drive sales, assist customers, manage stock, and uphold visual merchandising standards. Ideal candidates have a flexible schedule including weekends/holidays, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• A set, weekly availability, including a mix of mornings, days, and nights, based on business needs.
• Clear spoken English to effectively communicate with customers.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and basic math to handle business tasks and understand sales reports.
• Experience in retail or similar role is preferred.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays as required.
• Tech-savvy with basic math and familiarity with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and ensuring high standards of customer service.
• Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandise management, promotional strategies, and achieving sales targets.
• Participate in daily operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, order fulfillment and store maintenance; ensure compliance with policies and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales and operational goals; adhere to store policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
• Take on additional duties and projects as required.
