Job summary

The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking an Associate to support daily store operations and deliver excellent customer experiences. You will help shape store success and contribute to our growth in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include enhancing customer service, driving sales, managing inventory, and maintaining visual merchandising while ensuring policy compliance and safety standards. Flexibility for weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Customer-centric: passion for delivering outstanding customer service and memorable shopping experiences.
• Communication & collaboration: strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and ensuring high standards of customer service.
• Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandise management, promotions, and achieving sales targets.
• Participate in daily operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, order fulfillment and store maintenance; ensure compliance with policies and health & safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales and operational goals; adhere to policies and procedures including health and safety regulations.
