Job summary

The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking an Associate to assist with daily store operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will influence sales performance, merchandise management, and execution of promotions in a fast-paced retail setting.

Responsibilities include customer service, inventory and visual merchandising, order fulfillment, and ensuring health and safety standards. Weekend availability and a positive, reliable attitude are important for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Customer Experience: Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and ensuring high standards of customer service.
• Sales & Performance: Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandise management, promotional strategies, and achieving sales targets.
• Operational Excellence: Take part in daily operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, order fulfillment and store maintenance. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store sales and operational goals. Adhere to store policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
• Additional duties and projects as required.
