The Goodwill of Central and Southern Indiana, Inc. is seeking a Retail Associate for a part-time position at our Kokomo store. You will assist in daily operations, ringing up customers, stocking shelves, and supporting donation processing.

This role requires reliable, customer-focused individuals who can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment. We offer flexible hours, on-site work, and opportunities to learn multiple functions including eCommerce support and donation handling.

Responsibilities

• Rings up customer orders and maintains a balanced drawer.
• Greet customers, provide information, and escalate questions to managers.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of sales floor and backroom areas.
• Assist in donation processing, eCommerce tasks, and stock replenishment.
• Support various roles as needed including textiles, wares, and rack/cart duties.
