Job summary

Goodwill of Central & Southern Indiana is seeking a Retail Associate to support store operations in Fishers, IN. This role may function as cashier, textiles/wares producer, donation door attendant, eCommerce producer, e-Books producer, and rack/cart runner.

You will help maintain a clean sales floor, process donations, and ensure accurate transactions while learning multiple tasks to meet store goals. Full-time; $13 hourly rate with benefits eligibility.

Qualifications

• No degree required; demonstrated capability is valued.
• Ability to follow procedures and provide quality customer service.
• Willingness to learn multiple roles within the store.

Responsibilities

• Operate as a cashier, handling transactions and maintaining a balanced drawer.
• Assist with textiles or wares production and daily production tracking.
• Manage donation door duties and maintain a clean, organized backroom.
• Support eCommerce and books operations as needed.
• Monitor racks and carts, ensuring clean, priced merchandise.
