Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Greater Cleveland & East Central Ohio invites you to join University Heights as a Donation Pricing Associate. You will process and price quality donated goods quickly and in line with agency standards while greeting customers and donors.

You’ll work to maintain cleanliness and organization, support floor merchandising, and uphold safety policies. This part-time, hourly role offers a friendly, inclusive workplace and opportunities to contribute to community impact.

Qualifications

• Good people skills.
• Able to identify shades and tones of color.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Computer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensures 100% donor and customer satisfaction.
• Stays abreast of brand names, maker's marks, current and vintage opportunities, and price points for hardline goods.
• Sorts hard lines into salable, eCommerce, and salvage/outlet categories. Prices salable items accordingly and transports carts to the sales floor for merchandising.
• Maintains accurate production counts while adhering to agency standards and goals.
• Always maintains the sorting and processing area in a neat and clean condition.
• Assists with floor running, rotation, merchandising, and cleaning of the sales floor as needed.
• Embodies DGR MODE Guiding Principles.
• Follows all agency safety policies and guidelines. Actively participates with supervisor and team members to address identified safety concerns.
• Other duties as assigned.
