Goodwill Industries of Greater Cleveland & East Central Ohio is seeking a Donation Pricing Associate in Alliance, OH. The role involves processing and pricing donated goods to agency standards, greeting donors and customers, and upholding high service standards while supporting an inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated customer service and people skills.
• Ability to distinguish color shades for pricing.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Computer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensures 100% donor and customer satisfaction.
• Stays abreast of brand names, maker's marks, current and vintage opportunities, and price points for hardline goods.
• Sorts hard lines into salable, eCommerce, and salvage/outlet categories. Prices salable items accordingly and transports carts to the sales floor for merchandising.
• Maintains accurate production counts while adhering to agency standards and goals.
• Always maintains the sorting and processing area in a neat and clean condition.
• Assists with floor running, rotation, merchandising, and cleaning of the sales floor as needed.
• Embodies DGR MODE Guiding Principles.
• Follows all agency safety policies and guidelines. Actively participates with supervisor and team members to address identified safety concerns.
• Other duties as assigned.
