Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Greater Cleveland & East Central Ohio is seeking a Donation Pricing Associate in Alliance, OH. You will process and price donated goods quickly, greet customers and donors, and uphold agency policies.

This full-time, hourly role emphasizes accurate pricing and friendly service to support community missions. As part of the team, you will stay informed about brand names and price points, maintain tidy work areas, and assist with floor merchandising while following safety

Qualifications

• Good people skills.
• Able to identify different shades and tones of color.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Computer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensures 100% donor and customer satisfaction.
• Stays abreast of brand names, maker's marks, current and vintage opportunities, and price points for hardline goods.
• Sorts hard lines into salable, eCommerce, and salvage/outlet categories. Prices salable items accordingly and transports carts to the sales floor for merchandising.
• Maintains accurate production counts while adhering to agency standards and goals.
• Always maintains the sorting and processing area in a neat and clean condition.
• Assists with floor running, rotation, merchandising, and cleaning of the sales floor as needed.
• Embodies DGR (Donated Goods Retail) MODE Guiding Principles.
• Follows all agency safety policies and guidelines. Actively participates with supervisor and team members to address identified safety concerns.
• Other duties as assigned.
