Job summary

The HEAT Group in Miami is seeking a dedicated customer service representative to enhance customer engagement and drive sales in our store. Responsibilities include greeting customers, operating cash registers, and achieving sales targets.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to lift up to 50 pounds. We offer competitive pay, overtime on holidays, paid training, and multiple employee recognition programs.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers, responding to questions, improving engagement with merchandise, and providing outstanding customer service.
• Operating cash registers.
• Achieving individual sales goals.
• Directing customers to merchandise within the store.
• Increasing in-store sales.
• Maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the sales floor.
• Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers.
• Cross-selling products to increase purchase amounts.
• Adhering to all policies and security procedures.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED; very organized and detail-oriented. Able to adapt to a fast-paced, fluid environment while balancing multiple tasks at once. Must be able to lift merchandise and equipment up to 50 pounds.
